The problem
Restaurant operators faced fragmented tools for sales, ordering, delivery, and day-to-day operations, making it harder to run efficiently and build customer loyalty.
The product
An omnichannel platform connecting the restaurant experience from counter to cloud:
- Digital menu management.
- Online ordering.
- Point of sale (POS).
- Delivery integration.
Founder responsibilities
- Company building: Led startup setup, bootstrapping, and organizational growth.
- Product strategy & positioning: Defined the product direction and market positioning around restaurant operators' needs.
- Go-to-market: Led GTM strategy and pricing to bring the platform to market.
- Client onboarding: Led customer onboarding to help restaurants adopt the platform.
- Team growth: Scaled the company from its founding stage to 50+ employees within two years.
Outcomes & exit
The platform improved operational efficiency by over 50%, customer retention by 3x, and adoption by 5x year over year. I exited the company in 2023.
